You’ll be able to choose between flying into Love Field Airport (DAL) or Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). However, we recommend Love Field Airport (DAL). From there, it’s a 30 minute or less Uber ride to the Marriott Dallas Downtown.
There’s plenty of things to see and do in the surrounding area too. There are also lots of different restaurants nearby so you’ll have plenty of dining options to choose from. The hotel is also less than two miles from the Dallas Arts District.

We suggest business casual for the event. Our meeting room will be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater or jacket.
Session passes are not available. Your ticket to the Dental GrowthCon event provides access to everything within your chosen option.
Tickets cannot be shared and are not transferable. We do offer a Guest/Partner ticket option as part of the registration process.
The current listed prices for the Dental GrowthCon event are the best and only available rates.
The Marriott Dallas Downtown provides internet access in the rooms and meeting areas. Attendees also have the option of using their own mobile internet access.

We have a full day of great speakers and content planned. The event will start at 9:00 a.m. EST and end in the evening at 5:00pm. Cocktail hour will begin after the event has ended for the day.
Not at this time. We understand why some potential attendees would prefer to watch our event from the comfort of their own home.
The downside of doing so is not being able to ask your questions in person and the loss of all in-person networking opportunities.
That creates a less-than-ideal event experience.
So, it’s for these reasons that we are not offering a streaming option at this time.
We will follow the State and Hotel Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event for overall safety.
We’re committed to delivering an incredible experience for all of our attendees. But if we are unable to hold a live event due to COVID-19, your ticket will be converted into either a Virtual Ticket or be credited towards a future Dental GrowthCon event within one calendar year.
At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but we will be following State and Hotel Guidelines/Regulations for COVID and safety protocols.
If you get sick before the event, we ask that you notify us and do not attend. We will either convert your ticket to a future Dental GrowthCon event date.
Refunds may be given up to 30 days prior to the event start date. If the refund request is made 30 days or less before the event start date, then we reserve the right to offer a ticket transfer to a future Dental GrowthCon event instead.
